The problem
A tenant leaves a 500 lb home gym behind and the unit cannot turn. Or the amenity room needs a refresh and disposal is a line item the board has to approve.
What we do
Free removal, nothing invoiced to the property, nothing to take to the board. Insured, with runners down so the clubhouse floor is untouched.
Mid-rise elevator work is the norm, not the exception.

Brand standards set the PIP date. New equipment lands on a fixed delivery window and the old units have to be gone before it arrives — through a working hotel, past guests, without marking finished flooring.

Floor clear 24 to 48 hours ahead of your installer. We coordinate directly with the install crew or the GC. Service entrance, off-peak, no lobby traffic.
Familiar with PIP sequencing and installer hand-offs.

A leg press in a finished basement two days before photos. The family cannot lift it, movers charge to touch it, and the walkthrough is Friday.

Terms
No hidden call-out fee and no fuel surcharge. The only thing that changes outside the valley is how big the job has to be to justify the drive.

"Minimum job value" means the resale value of what we're hauling, not a price you pay. A single commercial treadmill usually clears the Missoula minimum on its own; a home elliptical usually doesn't. Send a list and we'll tell you straight away.
Why the out-of-area numbers move
The truck does about 10 miles to the gallon. At today's diesel price a Spokane round trip burns $306 of fuel before anyone lifts anything. That is the single largest cost of any out-of-area job, and it is the one that changes week to week — so rather than pick a round number and quietly eat the difference, each destination is priced from the actual fuel burn plus drive time, and recalculated every night.
Based on diesel at $6.50/gal. Call to confirm — this figure is not currently updating automatically. The Flathead Valley has no minimum regardless of fuel price.

Again: the minimum is the resale value the equipment has to clear, not a fee you pay. A commercial treadmill or a plate-loaded machine usually clears Missoula on its own. A single home elliptical usually doesn't. Send a photo and a list and you'll get a straight answer, not a quote call.
