Gym equipment removal in Kalispell

Free haul-away of heavy home and commercial gym equipment across Kalispell — basements, second-floor apartments, amenity rooms and storage units.

We’re based in Kalispell, so this is the one town where scheduling is genuinely easy — usually same week, often next day, and there’s no minimum. A single machine is a real job.

What Kalispell actually throws at us

Older homes on the numbered avenues. The housing stock around the core has narrow stair runs and, in a lot of cases, a basement door at the bottom of the flight rather than at the top. That matters: it means the machine has to make a turn at the end of the descent, in the tightest part of the path. We measure that landing before committing to taking anything down whole.

Newer subdivisions off Whitefish Stage and out toward Evergreen. Generally the easy work — attached garages, wide doors, level entry. Most home gym setups here come out in under an hour.

Apartment and condo amenity rooms. Kalispell has added a lot of multifamily in the last few years, and several of the newer buildings are three and four stories with elevators and controlled-access lobbies. Getting 500 lb of selectorized machine into an elevator cab without marking the walls is the part most haulers get wrong. Elevator blankets and corner guards go up before the machine moves.

Storage units off Highway 2 and Reserve. A surprising amount of our volume is equipment someone put in storage during a move and has been paying rent on ever since. Roll-up doors and level concrete make these the fastest pickups we do.

Access notes specific to town

Downtown alley access behind Main Street is tight and frequently blocked during business hours — if the equipment is in a downtown building, early morning is realistic and mid-afternoon usually isn’t.

The Highway 93 and Highway 2 corridor businesses almost all have rear service access, which is better for a liftgate truck than the customer entrance and avoids walking equipment through a showroom.

In winter, an unshoveled path is the single most common reason a pickup takes twice as long as it should. If we’re coming for something in a detached garage or an outbuilding, a cleared path to the door saves everyone time.

What we take

Commercial and home treadmills, ellipticals, rowers, spin bikes and steppers. Selectorized machines and multi-stations. Plate-loaded equipment — leg press, hack squat, Smith machines. Power racks and half racks. Cable crossovers and functional trainers. Olympic and standard plates, dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells. Benches, GHDs and reverse hypers. Commercial flooring and stall mats.

Free on qualifying pieces. If something doesn’t qualify — cracked frame, water damage, no resale value — we say so up front and quote it rather than pretending otherwise.

Getting it scheduled

Send a photo of the machine and a photo of the path it has to travel. We’ll come back with a window, usually a two-hour arrival slot rather than an all-day wait.

We'll come get it.

Free removal on qualifying strength and cardio equipment across the Flathead Valley. Stairs, basements and elevators included. Send a photo and we'll tell you what it takes.
